| On June 05, 2009 in Central Bank of RA were summerized the results of the competition of "the best information brochure 2009".
ACBA Leasing CJSC was recognized the winner between credit organizations.

December, 2008 LOAN AGREEMENT WITH EBRD

| On the 2nd of December 2008 was signed loan agreement of amount of 8 mln US dollars between European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (hereinafter “EBRD”) and “ACBA Leasing” Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter “ACBA Leasing”).

The defence of customer interests in financial sphere is in the center of attention in almost all countries.
For encouraging the activity of financial companies the Central Bank of Armenia has decided to give a certificate for best booklet to a bank, insurance company and credit organization.
For this purpose CB has established a competition comission which has examined the booklets of all companies and has chosen the best companies based on the following criterion.
 Design of the booklet,
The type of providing information,
The essence of information and correspondence to the defined demands,
Easy accessibility of the booklet
The examination is implemented in May of 2008. Based on the points received there have been chosen the best companies.
From banks "HSBS Bank Armenia" CJSC,
From credit organizations “ACBA Leasing” CJSC credit organization,
From insurance companies “London-Yerevan Co” insurance company LTD
The CB board member Mr. V. Gabrielyan presented certificates.
ACBA Leasing credit organization will continue its principal aim in Armenia, that is financing of the spheres of economy with much attention to interests of cusstomers.
